目前暂无相关测试方法或测试标准运用于成品刚挠结合板挠性区耐折性测试,传统的MIT测试法只能针对特定图形挠性板进行耐折性测试,成品刚挠结合板的耐折性无法保证,不能完全满足不同客户在不同环境下(静态挠曲、动态挠曲)的使用要求。本文根据MIT测试原理,研究挠性板材料类型、刚挠结合板台阶高度、挠性区间距、挠性板层数结构等因素与刚挠结合板耐折性的关系,结果表明无胶挠性板材料耐折性明显优于有胶挠性板材料,刚挠结合板挠性区搭配一定的台阶高度、间距、层数结构,可以满足客户对于刚挠结合边缘最小间距的设计要求,并保证刚挠结合板的耐折性能。
目前暫無相關測試方法或測試標準運用于成品剛撓結閤闆撓性區耐摺性測試,傳統的MIT測試法隻能針對特定圖形撓性闆進行耐摺性測試,成品剛撓結閤闆的耐摺性無法保證,不能完全滿足不同客戶在不同環境下(靜態撓麯、動態撓麯)的使用要求。本文根據MIT測試原理,研究撓性闆材料類型、剛撓結閤闆檯階高度、撓性區間距、撓性闆層數結構等因素與剛撓結閤闆耐摺性的關繫,結果錶明無膠撓性闆材料耐摺性明顯優于有膠撓性闆材料,剛撓結閤闆撓性區搭配一定的檯階高度、間距、層數結構,可以滿足客戶對于剛撓結閤邊緣最小間距的設計要求,併保證剛撓結閤闆的耐摺性能。

At present, conventional MIT test is a folding endurance test only for the lfexible board with a speciifc pattern and structure and not for rigid-lfex board, which can not fully meet the user requirements in different environment (static deflection, the dynamic deflection). And there are not the related test methods or standards about folding endurance test used in the ifnished rigid-lfex board. This paper discussed the folding property of rigid-lfex board base on the type of lfexible materials, step height of rigid-lfex board, lfexible zone space and lfexible plate layer structure etc. according to the principle of MIT method. The results show that the folding property of the non-gel lfexible board is better than that of the lfexible board with adhesive. And the lfexible area with a certain step height, spacing and layers can meet the customer’s design requirements for the min space of the edge of rigid-lfex area, and can ensure its folding endurance of rigid-lfex board.
