任意层HDI板为当前HDI制作工艺的最高水平，其对位精度的控制直接决定了任意层HDI板制作的合格率。对位靶标的设计、制作过程的管控及板材的选择等均是影响最终层间对位精准度的重要因素。笔者将就此问题阐述一点自己的观点，并提出一些具体控制措施，供大家交流或参考。

Any Layer HDI board represents the current processing technology level and is the highest realm of HDI. The registration accuracy control directly determines the HDI board to make the qualiifed rate of any layer. Para target design, the production process control and selection of plate are the important factors inlfuencing the final layer between registration accuracy. The author will present a point of view, and puts forward some concrete control measures, for everybody to communicate or reference.
