不做电镀首板（FA）直接进行图形电镀批量生产会被认为是一个疯狂的举动，那会导致大量的夹膜、蚀刻不净等问题的报废。这里介绍一种新的电镀FA工艺，它不需要依赖电镀工程师大量的工作经验，即可实施精准的电镀FA参数设定，并且可以实现电脑全自动化运算，从而提高生产良率以及加速生产进程。它依据富有逻辑关系的数学运算，以及精准的过程能力评价方法和结果，推算出电镀FA参数设定值。

This new technique can give us accurate plating FA parameters setting result, which not depend on the working experience of the engineers, and also the process can be run by computer automatically, so increase the production yield and speedup the production process is available. We can get the plating FA parameters setting base on logical mathematic calculation and accurate process capability evaluation result.
