新一代导电有机物3,4-聚乙烯二氧噻吩(简称PEDOT),是具有电导率高、很好的抗水解性、光稳定性及热稳定性,可用作抗静电涂层、固体电解电容器的电极材料等,由于其价格低廉,性能优良,在电子工业领域得到了广泛的应用。因其工艺简单、使用方便、电化学性能好、节能环保等突出优点,被引进电路板的生产制造,以取代传统的孔金属化方式。特别是它只在树脂和玻纤上沉积,而铜面不沉膜,我们称之为选择性有机导电涂覆(SOC)。

A new generation of electrically conductive organic compound Poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythioph ene) (PEDOT), which has high conductivity, good resistance to hydrolysis, thermal stability and light stability, can be used as antistatic coating, solid electrolytic capacitor electrode material and so on. Due to low cost and excellent performance, PEDOT has been widely used in the field of electronic industry. Because of its simple process, convenient use and good electrochemical performance, energy conservation and environmental friendliness, PEDOT has been introduced in printed circuit board manufacturing, to replace the traditional way of hole metallization. Especially for its deposition only on the resin and glass ifber, no deposition on the copper surface, we call it as Selective Organic Conductive Coating (SOC).
