时间管理倾向的状况以及对待时间管理倾向的态度与高职生的学业成绩有着密切的联系。以黄希庭与张志杰制定的青少年时间管理倾向量表为分析工具，运用整群抽样法对600名广州市属高校高职生进行了调查，分析结果表明掌握趋近、成绩趋近和掌握回避与时间管理倾向的各个层级关系密切，并且掌握趋近、成绩趋近以及时间监控观和时间效能感等方面对高职生学业成绩有较大影响。在此基础上，针对时间管理倾向与高职生学业成绩的复杂联系，研究提出了在时间管理倾向范畴内提高高职生学业成绩的具体措施。

The time management disposition and the attitude towards it are closely related to the academic performance of higher vocational college students. Taking time management disposition scale designed by Huang Xi-ting and Zhang Zhi-jie as an analytic tool, the author conducts a sampling survey among 600 higher vocational college students by using random cluster sampling methods. The analysis results show that the master-approach goal, performance-approach goal and performance-avoid goal enjoy close relationship with the time management disposition. In addition, master-approach goal, performance-approach goal, time management disposition and sense of time efficiency have great influence on academic performance of higher vocational college students. On this basis, in view of the complex relations between time management disposition and academic performance of higher vocational college students, the concrete measures are put forward in the domain of time management disposition.
