文章通过研究分析水库蓄水过程对坝上下游河段演变的影响,并根据汛末长江来水过程,对三峡枢纽汛末蓄水的起蓄时间、起蓄水位及下泄流量进行了研究,提出了合理的优化调度方案。该方案可降低三峡枢纽汛末蓄水对坝上回水变动区河段淤积的不利影响,提高对坝下河段浅滩的冲刷效果,并保证三峡水库按时蓄满。
文章通過研究分析水庫蓄水過程對壩上下遊河段縯變的影響,併根據汛末長江來水過程,對三峽樞紐汛末蓄水的起蓄時間、起蓄水位及下洩流量進行瞭研究,提齣瞭閤理的優化調度方案。該方案可降低三峽樞紐汛末蓄水對壩上迴水變動區河段淤積的不利影響,提高對壩下河段淺灘的遲刷效果,併保證三峽水庫按時蓄滿。

Based on an analysis of the influence of reservoir filling upon the upper and lower reaches as well as the discharges at the end of flood season, this article studies the filling period, original water level and the amount of discharges of the Three Gorges Project at the end of flood season. In addition, this article puts forward scheduling optimization schemes, which is expected to minimize the impact of reservoir filling on backwater area deposition, maximize its scouring effect on downstream shoal as well as ensure the timely filling of the reservoir.
