为明确湘西烟叶质量风格特色，对来自湘西烟区的41个烟叶样品进行了感官评价，并分析了感官质量指数的区域特征和空间分布特征。结果表明：①湘西烟叶浓香型风格尚显著至稍显著；香韵以干草香、焦甜香与焦香为主；香气状态较沉溢；烟气浓度稍大；劲头中等至稍大。②湘西烟叶香气质整体尚好至稍好；香气量尚足；香气尚透发至稍透发；微有木质气和青杂气；烟气尚细腻，尚柔和，尚圆润至稍圆润；刺激性有至稍有；干燥感多数表现为有，少数稍有；余味以尚净尚舒适为主。③湘西不同县际之间感官质量指数差异极显著。古丈县烟叶感官质量指数极显著高于花垣县和凤凰县，泸溪县和保靖县烟叶感官质量指数极显著高于凤凰县。④湘西烟叶感官质量指数的空间分布有从西南部和东北部两个方向分别向中部地区递增的趋势。

Sensory evaluation of, 41 leaf samples from Xiangxi area was carried out to study style and characteristics. Regional characteristics and spatial distribution of Smoking Quality Indexes (SQI) were analyzed. Results showed that 1) the burnt-sweetness type flue-cured was noticeable to less noticeable. Characteristics of hay incense, burnt-sweetness aroma and burnt aroma were principal note. The motion state of aroma was overflow with heaviness and density of smoke was less strong with impact from medium to largish. 2) The quality of aroma in flue-cured from Xiangxi was from good to fine, characterized by much aroma. Diffusiveness was good to fine and ligneous odor and green odor were tiny. Smoke was slightly smooth, soft with a little mellow. 3) There were significant differences among different counties for SQI. The SQI of Guzhang was extremely significantly different from Huayuan and Fenghuang. The SQI of Luxi and Baoqing were extremely significantly different from Fenghuang. 4) the Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) interpolation map indicated that the spatial distributions of SQI with a trend that increased from both south-west and north-east to central region.
