为了选择一种适合BZ25-1油田氮气泡沫驱用的起泡剂,利用Waring Blender法分别从多种起泡剂体系和稳泡剂体系中筛选出起泡性能好的起泡剂QP-2和稳泡能力强的稳泡剂WP-3,采用复配增效原理,研制成QW-2型泡沫剂.该体系具有良好的耐温抗盐性和耐油性能,通过泡沫体系物理模拟试验,测定了泡沫在岩心中驱油效果.室内试验表明, QW-2体系能提高采收率14.5%.
為瞭選擇一種適閤BZ25-1油田氮氣泡沫驅用的起泡劑,利用Waring Blender法分彆從多種起泡劑體繫和穩泡劑體繫中篩選齣起泡性能好的起泡劑QP-2和穩泡能力彊的穩泡劑WP-3,採用複配增效原理,研製成QW-2型泡沫劑.該體繫具有良好的耐溫抗鹽性和耐油性能,通過泡沫體繫物理模擬試驗,測定瞭泡沫在巖心中驅油效果.室內試驗錶明, QW-2體繫能提高採收率14.5%.

In order to choose a suitable foaming agent for nitrogen foam flooding of BZ25-1 oil field, the Waring Blender law is used in this paper to select the foaming agent QP-2 that has good blistering performance and foam stabilizing agent WP-3 that has stronger ability to stabilize foaming, respectively from many frother systems and foam stabilizer systems. And based on the formulation and synergistic principle, the foaming agent QW-2 is developed. The system has better resistance to high temperature, salt and oil. Through physical simulation test on the foam system, the foam flooding effect in the core of rock is tested. The indoor tests show that, QW-2 system can enhance recovery rate by 14.5%.
