对人因可靠性分析方法中人因失误认知机理研究进展进行了综述。回顾了第一代、第二代和第三代人因可靠性方法，重点分析了这些方法关于人因失误认知机理的研究成果和不足，梳理出目前研究中的热点和难点，展望了人因可靠性认知机理研究与认知科学深入交叉融合的发展趋势。

The research progress on the cognitive mechanism of human errors in human reliability analysis was reviewed. The first, second and third generation human reliability analysis methods were retrospected. The emphasis was put on the analysis of the research accomplishments and deficiency of these methods on the cognitive mechanism of human errors. The concerns and difficulties in the current research were sorted out. The development trend of the integration between cognitive mechanism research in human reliability and cognitive science was prospected.
