在教师在职教育过程中,存在着教师培训和教师学习两个重要的概念,它们代表着不同的教师教育范式,都是合目的性与合规律性的存在。但这两个概念反映了不同的知识观、学习观,体现了对教师在职教育的不同理解。从教师培训到教师学习是教师教育理念的革新,符合当今时代背景和新课程改革对教师教育的要求。
在教師在職教育過程中,存在著教師培訓和教師學習兩箇重要的概唸,它們代錶著不同的教師教育範式,都是閤目的性與閤規律性的存在。但這兩箇概唸反映瞭不同的知識觀、學習觀,體現瞭對教師在職教育的不同理解。從教師培訓到教師學習是教師教育理唸的革新,符閤噹今時代揹景和新課程改革對教師教育的要求。
재교사재직교육과정중,존재착교사배훈화교사학습량개중요적개념,타문대표착불동적교사교육범식,도시합목적성여합규률성적존재。단저량개개념반영료불동적지식관、학습관,체현료대교사재직교육적불동리해。종교사배훈도교사학습시교사교육이념적혁신,부합당금시대배경화신과정개혁대교사교육적요구。
Teacher training and teacher learning are two important conceptions in in -service teacher educa-tion, and they stand for different paradigms , both of which are purposiveness and regularity , but they reflect differ-ent understanding of teacher education , and different knowledge theory and learning theory .Teacher training treats teacher as one with incomplete knowledge structure , thus the theoretical knowledge need to be transformed to them;but teacher learning sees teachers as knowledge -discoverer , which is also the innovation of teacher educa-tion, and is in accordance with the new curriculum reform .
