以C80B型运煤专用敞车车体为研究对象,应用Pro/E软件建立三维几何模型。在有限元的理论基础上,论述了车体有限元模型的单元选取、网格划分及边界处理,然后在ANSYS软件中对车体进行静强度分析和模态分析。结果表明,该车型车体在各种工况载荷作用下,满足《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》要求,同时找出了车体的危险部位,为进一步改进敞车设计提供参考。

Taking the wagon body of C80B as the object of study, a 3-D geometrical model of the wagon body is set up by software PRO/E. This paper discusses the selection, meshing and boundary processing of the body’s finite element model based on the Finite Element Theory. The static strength analysis and modal analysis of the body are conducted with the software ANSYS. The results showed that the vehicle body meets the requirements of the strength design of railway vehicles and test code for identification. At the same time, the dangerous parts of the car-body are found out, providing references for further improving wagon car design.
