光纤不等臂干涉仪是光纤稳频式激光器的重要部分,它使激光频率的波动反映为干涉仪输出的相位扰动,从而利用干涉仪作为参考可以对激光的频率噪声进行抑制。通过对实验中采用的麦克尔逊光纤干涉仪进行研究,经过理论推导和实验测量,结果表明:采用光纤不等臂干涉仪的方法对激光进行稳频,可以使激光低频处的频率噪声得到较大的抑制,并且激光稳频过程中反馈环路的控制带宽主要受限于光纤不等臂干涉仪的时间延迟之差。
光纖不等臂榦涉儀是光纖穩頻式激光器的重要部分,它使激光頻率的波動反映為榦涉儀輸齣的相位擾動,從而利用榦涉儀作為參攷可以對激光的頻率譟聲進行抑製。通過對實驗中採用的麥剋爾遜光纖榦涉儀進行研究,經過理論推導和實驗測量,結果錶明:採用光纖不等臂榦涉儀的方法對激光進行穩頻,可以使激光低頻處的頻率譟聲得到較大的抑製,併且激光穩頻過程中反饋環路的控製帶寬主要受限于光纖不等臂榦涉儀的時間延遲之差。

The fiber interferometer with length-unbalanced arms is an important part of fiber-stabilized laser which can transform frequency fluctuation of laser into phase fluctuation at the output of the interferometer. Therefore, the frequency noise of the laser can be suppressed by using the interferometer as a reference. The fiber-based Michelson interferometer applied in this experiment is studied, both theoretically and experimentally. It demonstrates that the low frequency noise of the laser can be greatly suppressed by using a Michelson interferometer with length-unbalanced fiber arms, and the control bandwidth of frequency stabilization is mainly determined by unbalanced-time-delay of the fiber interferometer.
