以丙酮与苯基三氯硅烷为原料、氯化亚铜为催化剂、三乙胺为缚酸剂、苯为溶剂,合成了苯基三异丙烯氧基硅烷。当反应温度为50°C时,产品收率在43%左右。通过红外、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱及裂解质谱对产物结构进行了表征;并将其作为交联剂,配成了脱丙酮型室温硫化硅橡胶,硫化后的硅橡胶具有较好的介电性能和机械性能。

Phenyltriisopropenyloxysilane was synthesized with cuprous chloride as catalyzer , triethylamine as deacid reagent , acetone and phenylrichlorosilane as raw materials .The product yield was 43%when the re-action temperature was 50°C.Its microstructure was analyzed and characterized by FTIR , 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS .The prepared phenyltriisopropenyloxysilane was used as the across-linking agent to prepare deaceton-ized room temperature vulcanization ( RTV-1) silicone rubber and the vulcanized silicone rubber showed good dielectric and mechanical properties .
