以炼铁除尘灰为试样,采用过氧化钠熔融法分析全铁,在过氧化钠加入量2.0 g、熔融温度650℃、熔融时间10 min的条件下,碳去除率98.65%,消除了碳对还原、滴定终点颜色的影响。人工样品分析结果表明,本方法适用于全铁含量<48%、碳含量<54%的炼铁除尘灰中全铁的测定,分析结果与国标法、行标法和预氧化法测定值相比,无显著性差异。
以煉鐵除塵灰為試樣,採用過氧化鈉鎔融法分析全鐵,在過氧化鈉加入量2.0 g、鎔融溫度650℃、鎔融時間10 min的條件下,碳去除率98.65%,消除瞭碳對還原、滴定終點顏色的影響。人工樣品分析結果錶明,本方法適用于全鐵含量<48%、碳含量<54%的煉鐵除塵灰中全鐵的測定,分析結果與國標法、行標法和預氧化法測定值相比,無顯著性差異。

Taking ironmaking dusting ash as samples, the total iron in it was analyzed by sodium peroxide melting method. In the conditions of sodium peroxide dosage 2 g, melting temperature of 650℃and melting time of 10 min, the carbon removal rate reached 98.65%, eliminating the influences of the carbon on the colour of reduction end-point and titration end-point. The analytical results of the artificial samples showed that this method is applicable to the total iron content determination of the ironmaking dusting ash with less than 48% TFe and less than 54% C. Comparing with the National Standard Method, the Industry Standard Method and pre-oxidation method, the results by this method have no significant differences.
