为研究气化熔融技术对国内城市生活垃圾的适应性,以气化熔融试验台为原型,从热化学平衡角度建立了气化熔融工艺模拟模型.通过研究我国11种混合城市生活垃圾的气化熔融性质,得到了满足气化熔融温度要求的垃圾最大含水率和最佳过量空气系数,并分析了垃圾热值对最大含水率的作用规律以及过量空气系数、含水率和氧浓度对气化产物的影响.结果表明,过量空气系数在0.3~0.4之间时,气化产物热值最高.随着垃圾含水率的升高,冷气效升高,气化和熔融温度降低.

In order to search the adaptability of gasification and melting technology to municipal solid waste(MSW)in China,a thermochemical model was proposed as a prototype of the gasification and melting test-bed. Through the study on the gasification and melting characteristics of 11 different MSWs,the maximum moisture con-tent and excess air coefficient for waste changing with heat value were obtained under fixed boundary temperature. The effects of excess air coefficient(α),moisture content(RMC) and oxygen concentration on syngas composition were discussed. The results indicate that a maximum heat value of syngas can be obtained when α is between 0.3 and 0.4. As the moisture content increased,the cold gas efficiency(RCGE)increased while the operation temperature decreased at the same time.
