立足于新企业生命周期前段,考察经验和机会创新性在新企业生成过程中发挥的作用,探索经验与机会创新性交互作用对新企业快速生成的影响。依托于中国创业动态跟踪调查( CPSED )项目,在全国范围内随机抽样,利用对305名新生创业者动态跟踪的数据,采用COX 风险比例模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明,创业经验成功性赋予创业者隐性知识和社会网络等优势,推动创业者快速创建新企业;在现有企业工作积累的行业经验与创业情境不匹配,难以有效运用于早期创业活动中,会阻碍新企业快速生成;机会创新性越强,需要投入更多的时间、资源和精力开发创业机会,减少其内在的不确定性,进而制约新企业快速生成;创业者经验与机会创新性的交互作用负向影响新企业生成,机会创新性越强,创业者创业经验成功性对新企业生成的促进作用越弱化。

Focusing on the early stage of the new ventures′life cycle, the study investigates how experience and the newness of opportunity play roles in the new venture emergence and explores how interactions of them influence the rapid new venture emer -gence.Based on the project of Chinese Panel Study of Entrepreneurship Dynamics (CPSED), we implement a random survey in China and empirically analyze dynamic tracking data from 305 nascent entrepreneurs using COX′s Proportional Hazard Model . The research results find that:①successful entrepreneurial experience bestows entrepreneurs abundant tacit knowledge and social network to boost their rapid enterprise building;②accumulated industrial experience from the present job , unfitted in the entre-preneurial context , is hard to be used in the early stage of new ventures , which obstacles the rapid new venture emergence;③the stronger the newness of opportunity is , the more time, resources and energy should be devoted to seizing the entrepreneurial op-portunity to reduce inner uncertainty , which is a bottleneck of the rapid new venture emergence;and④interactions between en-trepreneurial experience and the newness of opportunity negatively affects the new venture emergence .The stronger the newness of opportunity is , the more weakly the successfulness of entrepreneurial experience promotes the new venture emergence .
