Piper hongkongense C.DC [Piperpuberulum(Benth.)Maxim.]%extracts%moisture%ash
目的:测定毛蒟的水溶性浸出物、水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分的含量。方法:按《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版一部附录XA中的水溶性浸出物测定法、ⅨH中水分测定法(甲苯法)和附录ⅨK中的灰分测定法进行测定。结果:毛蒟水溶性浸出物含量为15.65%~23.90%,平均值20.75%;水分含量为9.46%~11.83%,平均值为10.87%;总灰分含量为7.03%~11.48%,平均值为9.21%;酸不溶性灰分含量为0.53%~1.81%,平均值为1.28%。结论:所得结果可为制定该药材质量标准提供科学依据。

Objective: To determine the contents of water-soluble extracts, moisture, total ash and acid insoluble ash in Piper hongkongense C.DC[Piper puberulum(Benth.)Maxim.].Methods:Samples were analyzed according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia, published in 2010,the contents of water-soluble extracts, moisture and ash being determined following appendix X A, IX H and IX K, respectively. Results: The content of water-soluble extracts was 15.65%~23.90%,with mean value of 20.75%;content of moisture was 9.46%~11.83%,with mean value of 10.87%;content of total ash was 7.03%~11.48%,with mean value of 9.21%;content of acid-insoluble ash was 0.53%~1.81%,with mean value of 1.28%,respectively.Conclusion:The study provides scientific evidence for establishment of quality standard of Piper hongkongense C.DC [Piper puberulum(Benth.)Maxim.].
