Cyr61(cysteine-rich 61,高半胱氨酸蛋白61)是即刻早期基因产物之一,作为一种富含半胱氨酸并可与肝素、整合素结合的分泌性蛋白,Cyr 61基因的表达可以调节多个基因的转录并参与多种信号传导通路,在细胞癌变、免疫调节和炎症反应等生物学过程中起重要作用。

Cyr61 is one of the immediate early genes. Acting as extracellular, matrix-associated factor,Cyr61 not only regulates transcription of many genes, but also plays an important biological effects in tumorigenesis,immune ajustment and inflammation. Aberrant CCN1 expression is associated with myriad pathologies,including various cancers and diseases associated with chronic inflammation.
