根据红会四矿的支护改革实践,分析了锚杆支护安装载荷的作用机理。锚杆安装载荷是主动支护的源泉,适当的安装载荷可以改善围岩的应力状态并在围岩中形成主动加固梁,提高围岩的自承能力。同时,安装载荷可以改变锚杆支护系统的工作性能,合理安装载荷的设计和现场实现是围岩支护的重要因素之一。通过对锚杆安装载荷和其他相关因素的改进,红会四矿的巷道支护状况得到了极大改善,并成功支护和维护了受上层煤高支承压力影响的巷道。

This paper analyzed the action mechanism of the erection load of rock bolt support according to the support reform and practice in Honghui No. 4 Mine. The erection load of rock bolt is the source of active support, proper erection load can improve the stress state of surrounding rock, cause the fractured strata to form an active reinforced beam, and strengthen the self-bearing ability of the surrounding rock. In the meantime, the erection load can change the working performance of rock bolting system, and the design of rational erection load and its field application are the major factors for surrounding rock support. Through the improvement of the rock bolt erection load and other relevant factors, the roadway support state in Honghui No. 4 Mine got great improvement, and the roadways affected by heavy bearing pressure of above coal seams were successfully supported and maintained.
