整合素连接激酶(ILK)广泛表达于多种组织细胞中,与多项细胞生理过程密切相关。近来研究发现,它还参与了肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭转移、血管生成等过程,在极大程度上促进了肿瘤的发展。与此同时,科学家们在对胶质瘤的研究中也发现了类似的结果。综述了近年来关于整合素连接激酶在胶质瘤中的研究成果。

Integrin-Linked kinase (ILK) is widely expressed in multiple tissues cells, closely related to various cellular physiological processes. Recent studies have found that it is involved in tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis, angiogenesis and so on, for the most part to promote the development of tumor. At the same time, the scientists also found in the study that glioma had similar results. This article will discuss about the integrin-linked kinase on glioma in recent years’ research.
