为满足图像测量等工程应用中需获取被测目标的高精度图像边缘信息的要求,文章在分析亚像素边缘检测方法的机理上,介绍了目前几种常用的亚像素边缘检测检测方法,主要包括:基于插值的亚像素边缘检测、基于拟合的亚像素边缘检测、基于矩的亚像素边缘检测、基于小波变换的亚像素边缘检测;通过分析每种亚像素边缘检测方法的原理,对各种方法的优缺点进行了对比。

In order to meet the requirements of obtaining high-accuracy image edge information of the measured target in the engineering applications. The mechanism of the sub-pixel edge detection method was analyzed. Several sub-pixel edge detection methods were ntroduced, mainly including: Sub-pixel edge detection based on interpolation, fitting-based sub-pixel edge detection based on moments Sub-pixel edge detection, sub-pixel edge based on wavelet transform detection;the advantages and disadvantages of each method were compared through analyzing the principle of each sub-pixel edge detection method.
