目的:探讨森田疗法联合认知教育治疗躯体化障碍的疗效和安全性。方法将63例躯体化障碍患者分为两组。研究组32例,予以森田疗法联合认知教育治疗;对照组31例,口服帕罗西汀治疗。观察12周。于治疗前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表及副反应量表评定临床疗效和安全性。结果治疗12周末,研究组显效率为59.4%、有效率为87.5%,对照组分别为46.4%、82.1%,研究组高于对照组,但差异无显著性( P>0.05)。研究组无严重不良反应,对照组出现胃肠道反应终止治疗3例。结论森田疗法联合认知教育治疗躯体化障碍疗效显著,依从性高,治疗前期疗效低于药物治疗,但治疗后期疗效优于药物治疗。

목적:탐토삼전요법연합인지교육치료구체화장애적료효화안전성。방법장63례구체화장애환자분위량조。연구조32례,여이삼전요법연합인지교육치료;대조조31례,구복파라서정치료。관찰12주。우치료전후채용한밀돈초필량표급부반응량표평정림상료효화안전성。결과치료12주말,연구조현효솔위59.4%、유효솔위87.5%,대조조분별위46.4%、82.1%,연구조고우대조조,단차이무현저성( P>0.05)。연구조무엄중불량반응,대조조출현위장도반응종지치료3례。결론삼전요법연합인지교육치료구체화장애료효현저,의종성고,치료전기료효저우약물치료,단치료후기료효우우약물치료。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Morita therapy combined with cognitive educa-tion in treatment of somatization disorder (SD) .Methods Sixty-three SD patients were assigned to re-search group (n= 32) treated with Morita therapy combined with cognitive education and control group (n=31)with paroxetine for 12 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) before and after treatment . Results At the end of the 12th week obvious effective and effective rate were respectively 59 .4% and 87 .5% in research and 46 .4% and 82 .1% in control group ,the former was higher than the latter ,but differences were not significant (P>0 .05) .Research group had no severe adverse reactions ,3 patients of control group stopped treatment because of gastrointestinal reactions .Conclusion Morita therapy com-bined with cognitive education has an evident effect and better compliance in treatment of somatization dis-order ;its efficacy is poorer in early days of treatment ,but better in the later stage compared with pharma-cotherapy .
