常州市在率先实现现代化的征程中,始终把未成年人的心理健康教育工作摆在重要的战略地位,以“生命教育周”活动和心理健康教育“合格校”评估为突破口,不断创新学校心理健康教育模式;以亲情关爱为主题,不断创新家庭心理教育模式;以打造心理健康教育品牌为特色,不断建构社会培育模式。未成年人心理健康教育存在的问题主要表现为,根深蒂固的应试教育冲淡了未成年人心理健康的培育目标;“两极分化”的家庭教育观念误导了未成年人心理健康教育的方式;转型期的社会不良风气污染了未成年人心理健康教育的环境。为此,要构建学校、家庭、社会教育一体化网络体系工程,即“学校为主导,家庭为主体,社区主动参与”,变心理健康教育的单一渠道为多种渠道,将学校教育与家庭教育、社会教育三者结合起来,在共同的教育目标指引下,相互参与、相互配合、相互补充、相互促进,构建一个有机的教育整体,共同推动少年儿童的心理健康教育,共同培育未成年人的健全人格。

In the process of achieving modernization, Changzhou keeps attaching great importance to mental health education of juveniles. Some methods like"Life Education Week"activity and assessment of "Qualified School of Mental Health Education" are taken to innovate the mode of mental health education in schools. The family mental health educational mode is also being innovated with the theme of love and affection. The social cultivation mode is being constructed with the characteristic of building brand of mental health education. There are some problems in the mental health education of juveniles. For example, the deep-rooted exam-oriented education degrades the goal of mental health education of juveniles. Polarized family education concept misleads the methods of mental health education of juveniles. Unhealthy social customs in the transformation period polluted the atmosphere of the mental health education of juveniles. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the integrated network system of school, family and society, that is, school-guided, family-oriented and community-involved system. The single-channel mental health education will be developed into multi-channel one, integrating school education, family education and social education. With the guidance of shared target, school, family and the whole society cooperate with each other to form an organic education whole in order to promote the mental health education of juveniles and to cultivate the healthy personality of juveniles.
