采用碳酸氢铵共沉淀法制备Yb:GGG纳米粉体,并用所制备的纳米粉体进行透明激光陶瓷的烧结。所制备的纳米粉体粒径均匀,颗粒度在80nm左右,活性较高,最佳煅烧温度为900℃及恒温时间为4h。对纳米粉体进行成型、预烧及烧结等处理,通过真空烧结方法制备Yb:GGG透明陶瓷,确定了陶瓷的烧结工艺。借助XRD、荧光光谱和透过率光谱等测试手段对制备的陶瓷材料进行了结构及光学性能的表征。
採用碳痠氫銨共沉澱法製備Yb:GGG納米粉體,併用所製備的納米粉體進行透明激光陶瓷的燒結。所製備的納米粉體粒徑均勻,顆粒度在80nm左右,活性較高,最佳煅燒溫度為900℃及恆溫時間為4h。對納米粉體進行成型、預燒及燒結等處理,通過真空燒結方法製備Yb:GGG透明陶瓷,確定瞭陶瓷的燒結工藝。藉助XRD、熒光光譜和透過率光譜等測試手段對製備的陶瓷材料進行瞭結構及光學性能的錶徵。
채용탄산경안공침정법제비Yb:GGG납미분체,병용소제비적납미분체진행투명격광도자적소결。소제비적납미분체립경균균,과립도재80nm좌우,활성교고,최가단소온도위900℃급항온시간위4h。대납미분체진행성형、예소급소결등처리,통과진공소결방법제비Yb:GGG투명도자,학정료도자적소결공예。차조XRD、형광광보화투과솔광보등측시수단대제비적도자재료진행료결구급광학성능적표정。
In this paper, synthesis of Yb:GGG nanopowder were carried out by coprecipitation method, respectively. The synthetized powder were used for transparent ceramic sintering, which obtained preferably Yb:GGG transparent laser ceramics. The particle size of the prepared nanopowder is small and uniform, the granularity is approximate 80nm. The nanopower has high sintering activity and the optimal sintering temperature and holding time are 900℃ and 4 hours, respectively. The nanopowder were molded and presintered, then Yb:GGG transparent ceramics were pre-pared by vacuum sintering method. The structure, morphology and optical properties of transparent ceramics were char-acterized and tested by using XRD,SEM, fluorescence spectra and transmittance spectra.
