研究了基于复色共焦技术的透明材料厚度测量系统。对透明材料厚度复色共焦测量的原理进行了分析,建立了厚度测量模型,设计了实施方案,完成了各分系统的设计与调试。在实验样机平台上进行了一系列数据的测量。结果表明,所设计的复色共焦透明材料厚度检测系统的测量范围在1~20mm以内,精度在±0.005mm,测量速度在每秒2000次以上,实验表明该系统满足设计要求,可以实现透明材料快速在线高精度的检测。

In this paper,the thickness measurement system of transparent material based on polychromatic confocal tech-niques is studied. The principle of the system is analysed;the measurement model is established;the application plan is designed;the desigations and the debugging of per subsystem are accomplished. Besides, a series of measurements are carried out in the experimental prototype platform. The results show that the measuring range of the this system is 1mm to 20mm,the measuring accuracy is±0.005mm and the measuring speed is beyond 2000 times per second,which illustrate that the thickness measurement system of transparent material meet the design requirements and it can achieve the online measurement quickly and accurately.
