目的：了解济南市历下区3～6岁儿童龋病现状，为龋病预防工作提供基础资料。方法参照WHO《口腔健康调查基本方法》和《第三次全国口腔健康调查方案》，对济南市历下区3～6岁627名儿童进行龋病检查。结果5岁儿童为乳牙患龋高峰期，患龋率为79.4％。6岁儿童患牙充填率虽较高，但充填率仅为20.6％。结论济南市历下区3～6岁儿童乳牙患龋率均较高，充填率较低。
목적：료해제남시력하구3～6세인동우병현상，위우병예방공작제공기출자료。방법삼조WHO《구강건강조사기본방법》화《제삼차전국구강건강조사방안》，대제남시력하구3～6세627명인동진행우병검사。결과5세인동위유아환우고봉기，환우솔위79.4％。6세인동환아충전솔수교고，단충전솔부위20.6％。결론제남시력하구3～6세인동유아환우솔균교고，충전솔교저。
Objective To investigate the caries status of children aged from 3 to 6 years old in lixia district of ji'nan city and pro-vide some fundamental data for caries prevention .Methods Referring to the WHO basic method of oral health investigation and the guide line of the 3rd National Oral Health Survey ,caries status of 627 children aged from 3 to 6 years was examined.Results The prevalence rate of temporary teeth caries reached peak at 5 years old and it is 79.4%.The 6 year old children had the highest filling rate (20.6%) of teeth caries.Conclusion Children aged from 3 to 6 years old in lixia district of ji'nan city have high prevalence rates of temporary teeth caries and low filling rates .
