目的：探讨低钾型周期性麻痹的病因、临床诱因及检查、治疗结果，以提高对本病的认识及诊疗水平。方法回顾性分析并总结40例低钾型周期性麻痹患者的临床资料。结果40例低钾型周期性麻痹患者中首次发病者35例，有明确诱因者32例，甲状腺功能异常者15例，治疗后除1例醛固酮增多症和1例高胰岛素血症患者治疗期间仍存在反复低钾血症外，38例患者肌力均恢复正常。结论低钾型周期性麻痹患者多有明确诱因，了解发病诱因是诊断及预防该病的重要环节。对有确切病因的患者给予积极的病因治疗是防止复发的有效方法。
목적：탐토저갑형주기성마비적병인、림상유인급검사、치료결과，이제고대본병적인식급진료수평。방법회고성분석병총결40례저갑형주기성마비환자적림상자료。결과40례저갑형주기성마비환자중수차발병자35례，유명학유인자32례，갑상선공능이상자15례，치료후제1례철고동증다증화1례고이도소혈증환자치료기간잉존재반복저갑혈증외，38례환자기력균회복정상。결론저갑형주기성마비환자다유명학유인，료해발병유인시진단급예방해병적중요배절。대유학절병인적환자급여적겁적병인치료시방지복발적유효방법。
Objective To explore the etiology,causes,examination and treatment of hypokalemic periodic paralysis (HOPP). Methods Clinical manifestation and therapy of 40 patients with HOPP have been summarized .Results There were 35 cases at the first onset and 32 cases with exact predisponsing cause ,15 cases with thyroid disfunction .After potassium and symptomatic treatment ,38 cases were cured while 1 case with hyperadrenocortism and 1 case with hyperinsulinemia got hypopotassaemia repeatedly .Conclusion Hypokalemic periodic paralyses usually happen with exact predisposing cause ,which is important for diagnosis and prevention .Positive pathogeny cure is an effective method to avoid recurrence of patients with definite etiology .
