为了提供在导弹运输过程中振动问题的理论分析依据,分别利用能量法和有限元方法对运输车和弹体进行了动力学建模,并通过支撑处的自由度匹配建立车弹耦合振动分析模型。通过求解车弹耦合振动微分方程,分析了路面激励下系统的振动量级。利用数值仿真研究了不同弹体支撑刚度、车速和路面等级等因素对弹体某重要部位振动量级的影响。结果表明:弹体动响应均方根随着运输车车速的增大呈波动增大,随着支撑刚度的增加而减小,并趋于稳定。

To provide a theoretical background of vibration problems during missile transportation, the equation of motion of the transportation vehicle and missile are derived by using the energy ap-proach and finite element method, respectively, via the matching of the degrees-of-freedom ( DOFs) at the braces between vehicle and missile, the coupled vibration analysis model of the vehicle-missile system is formulated.By solving the coupled vibration differential equation of the vehicle-missile system, the vibration level of the system due to road excitation is analyzed.Numerical simulations are conducted to investigate the influence of different factors, such as the brace stiffness, vehicle's velocities, road grades, etc.on the vibration level of a key position on the missile.Results show that the root mean square ( RMS ) of the dynamic response increases with fluctuations when the vehicle's velocity increases, but decreases and tends to be stable with the increase of the bracing stiffness.
