为解决GDX2包装机上胶装置引起小盒商标纸折叠不良、维修耗时长等问题，结合GDX2包装机上胶装置的涂胶原理，对缺陷问题进行了深入地分析，对问题的成因进行了详尽地剖析，对上胶压轮、上胶压轮轴等进行了针对性地改进设计，并将整体式上胶压轮改造成3个独立的上胶压轮。通过对上胶装置的技术改进，提高了商标纸的上胶均匀性，解决了GDX2包装机商标纸因上胶不良而引起的商标纸折叠不良的一系列质量问题，节省了维修时间和维护费用，达到了提高设备的有效作业率及产品质量的目的。

In order to solve problems such as trademark-folding problems , time-consuming repair problem caused by the glue device of GDX 2 packing machine , some pertinent improvements are done on the glue roll-er, rubber pressure wheel etc ., and the integral gluing pressure wheel is reformed into three separate gluing pressure wheel after analyzing the principle of glue device of GDX 2 packing machine and the causes of the problems .The improved technology of the GDX 2 packing machine makes the homogeneity of trademark gluing obviously improved ,and a series of quality problems solved which is caused by the inhomogeneity of the trade -mark gluing .In this way , repairing time and maintenance costs is saved also equipment efficiency&product quality is highly advanced at the same time .
