为探讨双螺杆榨油机榨膛内空余体积与压力之间的关系,通过数学建模的方法,分析和建立了双螺杆榨油机空余体积与压力的数学模型,利用Pro /E软件进行了仿真模拟与对比,并在ANSYS模拟数据的基础上,以压缩比为桥梁,给出了榨膛内空余体积与压力之间的变化规律。
為探討雙螺桿榨油機榨膛內空餘體積與壓力之間的關繫,通過數學建模的方法,分析和建立瞭雙螺桿榨油機空餘體積與壓力的數學模型,利用Pro /E軟件進行瞭倣真模擬與對比,併在ANSYS模擬數據的基礎上,以壓縮比為橋樑,給齣瞭榨膛內空餘體積與壓力之間的變化規律。

To study the relationship between free volume and pressure in the squeezing chamber of the twin-screw press , the paper not only analyses and establishes the mathematical model of the free volume and the pressure in the squeezing chamber , but also utilizes Pro /E software for the analogue simulation and con-trast with the first mathematical model .After that , based on the simulated data of ANSYS and in the medium of ratio, the paper obtains the changing rules between the free volume and pressure in the squeezing chamber .
