本研究立足于现有试验条件,以降低人工强度、提高试验效率为目的,研发代替人工搅拌的试验装置,实现操作的标准化,确保搅拌的均匀性、稳定性及安全性;采用自主研发的方式进行,全力开发能尽快投入生产的试验设备,最终完成支架、电机、定时器、联轴器、减速器、转杆、旋叶等配件的装配,与原有装置进行对比试验,比较改进前后的试验结果并分析误差来源。此次研究实现了颗粒分析试验自动搅拌,数据准确可靠,取得技术性进步的同时,极大降低了劳动强度,提高劳动效率,加快了工程进度。

본연구립족우현유시험조건,이강저인공강도、제고시험효솔위목적,연발대체인공교반적시험장치,실현조작적표준화,학보교반적균균성、은정성급안전성;채용자주연발적방식진행,전력개발능진쾌투입생산적시험설비,최종완성지가、전궤、정시기、련축기、감속기、전간、선협등배건적장배,여원유장치진행대비시험,비교개진전후적시험결과병분석오차래원。차차연구실현료과립분석시험자동교반,수거준학가고,취득기술성진보적동시,겁대강저료노동강도,제고노동효솔,가쾌료공정진도。
This study is based on the existing experiment conditions, in order to reduce labor intensity and improve test efifciency. For this purpose, we developed the testing device to replace artiifcial mixing, to realize the implementation of standardized operation, the mixing uniformity, stability and safety;in the independent research and development, to develop test equipment applied into production as soon as possible. Finally, support, motor, timer, coupling, reducer, rotary rod, rotary vane and other parts were ift together. Compared with the original device, comparative tests to results of developed device and error analysis were carried out. Automatic mixing was realized through this research;data of the test is accurate and reliable. Technical progress is achieved, meanwhile, labor intensity is greatly reduced and work efifciency is improved, speeding up the progress of project.
