According to the undercut feature of the plastic part,a core-pulling mechanism combined with the straight lifter and the angle lifter is designed. Structural composition and working principle of the mechanism are elaborated. The article makes much theoretical study about the critical technology parameters. The design of structure is reasonable. The problems of core-pulling and demolding difficulties are resolved,and the reasonable cooling system of the mechanism makes the part high-quality.
