设计了一种多功能旋转超声加工装置,可使多种普通机床具有运用旋转超声加工工艺加工硬脆软材料的功能。装置的标准莫氏锥与腔体分离且易更换,超声电信号由电磁感应非接触方式传输至振动系统,振动系统的换能器和变幅杆一体化设计为复合体,并用有限元方法进行优化,工具头用热装方式与振动系统连接。

The design of the multifunctional rotary ultrasonic machining device can make the variety of ordinary maching tool to machine soft and hard materials by using the rotary ultrasonic machinging process. The standard Morse taper and cavity of the device are detachable and can be easily replaced. The ultrasonic signal can be transmitted to vibration system by non -contact electromagnetic induction. The transducer and horn of vibration system are integrated as a whole and have been optimized by using finite element method. The tool head connects to the vibration system in hot charging mode.
