论述了大功率半导体激光器在钢表面硬化技术中的应用。与CO2激光器相比,其波长更短,易被金属吸收,且加工过程稳定。采用自主研制的大功率半导体激光器对60Si2Mn线轧钢进行激光表面硬化处理,研究了沿不同加工方向硬化区的宏观形貌及相变层的组织、硬度特征。结果表明,60Si2Mn钢表面硬化层分为相变硬化层、过渡层和受热影响的基体组织,硬化层的显微组织明显细化,其表面硬度高达773~995 HV,比基体组织的硬度提高了120%。

An experiment on high power diode laser transformation hardening for 60Si2Mn steel was carried out. The macro view of laser surface hardening along different axises were studied. The microstructure and hardness of hardened layer are analysised. The results show that the surface hardened layer consists of three zones,including the transformation hardening layer, transition zone and heat-affected zone. The microstructure of hardened layer is refined,its hardness can reach 773~995 HV,and is 120%higher than that of the base material.
