针对微细轴和微型腔抛光加工的难题,提出一种掺粉电解复合抛光的工艺方法,对其加工原理、装备设计方案和获得高控制精度的保证措施进行了介绍。在微细电解加工的基础上,依靠微细轴的高速旋转,带动微磨粒进行微磨削,属于“软加工”,抛光作用力极小。
針對微細軸和微型腔拋光加工的難題,提齣一種摻粉電解複閤拋光的工藝方法,對其加工原理、裝備設計方案和穫得高控製精度的保證措施進行瞭介紹。在微細電解加工的基礎上,依靠微細軸的高速鏇轉,帶動微磨粒進行微磨削,屬于“軟加工”,拋光作用力極小。

In order to resolve the problem of polishing micro shafts and micro cavities,a technique of electrochemical polishing mixed powder (EPMP)has been presented. The principle of EPMP,design project of the equipment and assurance measures of high control precision has been introduced. It can be accomplished through high speed spindle driving micro abrasive to proceed soft grinding, which can achieve merit of little polishing force.
