基于蠕动进给原理的微细电火花加工主轴装置中,微细工具电极夹持用音圈电机需随主轴装置旋转,即需将音圈电机置入旋转主轴中,且需尽量减小电机体积,同时增大其出力。以电磁场计算为基础,基于ANSYS APDL语言建立音圈电机有限元模型,利用ANSYS优化模块对音圈电机结构进行优化设计。根据优化设计尺寸研制了一台音圈电机样机,通过对样机的出力测试,验证了设计的合理性。

In the EDM quill based on the creep feeding principle, the voice coil motor which was used for holding the micro tool electrode was required to settle in the spinning spindle. So the volume of the motor was required to be minimized and the output force was required to maximize. The finite element model was set up and the motor was simulated with the help of ANSYS APDL language based on the calculation of the electromagnetic field. The optimizing module in ANSYS was used for the optimal design of the voice coil motor. A prototype was designed and made based on the results of the calculation. The rationality of the design was validated by the test of the output force.
