采用问卷调查法和因子分析法,建立管理能力、个人素质、沟通能力、职业道德和领导能力5个一级评价指标,控制变革、决策判断、机会识别、包容变化、创新发明等20个二级评价指标,计算出两级评价指标权重构建职业经理人能力评价模型。该模型可以在大中型企业应用,促进职业经理人素质和专业能力的提升。

The questionnaire method and factor analysis are adopted to establish five level-one evaluation indices and twenty level-two evaluation indices.The former consist of management ability, individual quality, communication skills, professional eth-ics and leadership.The latter include control change, decision making, opportunity identification, change embrace, innovation, invention and so on.The ability evaluation model of professional managers can be constructed after calculating the weigh of two-level indices.The model can be applied in large and medium enterprises to promote the quality and professional competence of pro-fessional managers.
