安徽枞阳大山村有新生代农民工323人,拥有一定资本而自立门户的工商业者7人,其孩子通过缴纳较高的转学费或利用关系而陆续就读于名校;跻身企业白领阶层的11人,其孩子只能就读于务工地的一般公立学校;其余都是完全依赖打工的受薪者,其子女只得长期留守家中度童年。解决留守儿童问题标本兼治的方法,是加快农民工身份的转化,并通过发展夯实农村“职业化”取向的教育培训,隔断农民工“薪火”相传。

There are 323 peasant workers in Dashan Village of Zongyang in Anhui.Among them, seven with some capital have become successful businessmen, and their children are studying at schools of fame by paying a large sum of money for trans-ferring to another school or backdoor deals; children of eleven white-collar peasant workers in enterprises can only attend ordinary public schools in the places where their parents work; the rest peasants depend totally on doing work for others and their children have to be left behind.To solve such a problem, we must transform the identity of peasant workers and stop their children from be-ing peasant workers continuously.
