积极运用互联网信息技术，推进高校中层干部考核信息化建设，是提升干部工作水平的重要组成部分。本文从分析当前高校干部考核工作的现状入手，阐述了干部考核信息化存在的主要问题，并着重介绍宁波大学自主开发基于B/S模式的干部考核系统。该干部考核系统极大地提高了工作效率，提升了高校干部工作的信息化、规范化和科学化水平。

It is a significant approach to apply information technology in assessing the mid-level cadres in higher learning institutions. This paper surveyed the issues and problems in informatization of intermediate leaders assessment, and presented the B/S-based model, developed in Ningbo University, to push forward the effective normalization, standardization and scientificalization of cadre assessment system.
