在簡述果蔬自髮氣調保鮮基本原理的基礎上,介紹瞭常見保鮮膜及其各種性能與作用。重點分析瞭果蔬保鮮袋內的氣體平衡規律,在此基礎上提齣果蔬自髮氣調包裝設計的基本內容和方法,指齣瞭自髮氣調保鮮的跼限性,併分析瞭今後的髮展趨勢。

Based on the brief introduction of principle of modified atmosphere packaging, ordinary preservative films and their properties and application were presented. Gas equilibrium in the packaging was selective analyzed, and thereafter the design of modified atmosphere packaging was put forward. In the end the limitations of modified atmosphere packaging and future development were pointed out.
