以气候变暖为主要特征的全球气候变化已成为不可争辩的事实。气候变化可以通过影响气候敏感性传染病和非传染性疾病的分布与流行、极端天气事件的发生频率和强度、海平面上升和食品安全等多种途径对人群生命健康造成损害。本文通过综述全球气候变化对人群健康影响的研究现状，提出相应的适应和减缓措施，为预防和控制气候变化引起的伤害、疾病和死亡等提供科学依据。

Climate change with global warming as the main feature is unequivocal. Climate change is increasing the geographic range and incidence of climate-sensitive infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases; increasing the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events;leading to sea level rise, and altering agricultural productivity and food security. With various ways, climate change can have negative effects on human health. In the present review, we summaried the situation of the relationship between climate change and human health, and provided the corresponding adaptation and mitigation measures. The main purpose of this study is to offer scientific evidence for the control and prevention of injury, disease and death resulted from climate change.
