目的:对急诊护理中健康教育的作用效果进行分析。方法:选取2010年6月-2012年6月笔者所在医院急诊科诊治的一氧化碳中毒患者76例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组常规护理的基础上对其进行健康教育,对两组护理效果进行分析。结果:研究组和对照组护理后一氧化碳中毒的原因、预防以及施救的知识认知情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理中进行健康教育能够提高治疗的疗效,缩短患者住院的时间,减少患者的住院开支,使患者能够真正意义上做到自我护理、自我保健,帮助患者树立健康理念,提升患者的生活质量。

목적:대급진호리중건강교육적작용효과진행분석。방법:선취2010년6월-2012년6월필자소재의원급진과진치적일양화탄중독환자76례,안수궤수자표법장기분위량조,대조조급여상규호리,연구조재대조조상규호리적기출상대기진행건강교육,대량조호리효과진행분석。결과:연구조화대조조호리후일양화탄중독적원인、예방이급시구적지식인지정황비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:급진호리중진행건강교육능구제고치료적료효,축단환자주원적시간,감소환자적주원개지,사환자능구진정의의상주도자아호리、자아보건,방조환자수립건강이념,제승환자적생활질량。
Objective:To analyze the effect and role of health education in emergency nursing.Method:A total of 76 cases with carbon monoxide poisoning diagnosed and received the treatment in emergency department in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2010 were selected,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups,and the control group were given the conventional nursing,and the research group were given health education on the basis of the conventional nursing,and nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The carbon monoxide poisoning cause,prevention and rescue knowledge of the research group and the control group were compared after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education in emergency nursing can enhance the curative effect of the treatment,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,reduce the patients’ hospitalization expenses,and patients can truly achieve self nursing and self care,help patients to establish the health concept,improve the quality of life of patients.
