学习满意度是大学生期望、体验、感知和评价高等教育的重要指标群,对我国大学生学习满意度的调查和研究势在必行且意义深远。根据大学教学过程的要素梳理出大学生学习满意度的树状结构,是一个基础性的环节,对在校大学生的学习满意度的调查和研究具有重要意义。通过设计国家大学生学习情况调查(NCSS)问卷中学习满意度的部分,在调查与数据的搜集整理的基础上,验证该结构具有科学性、合理性和可操作性,能为进一步研究所用,能够更加全面、深刻地反映现状与揭示我国目前在校大学生学习满意度的内涵,有助于实现学习满意度的提升。

Learning satisfaction is an important indicator group of expectation,experience, perception and assessment of higher education which college students engaged.The survey and research of college students?satisfaction play a profound role in higher education research in China. The summarizing of satisfaction structures,in terms of teaching and learning factors theory,is a fundamental session,which is significant to college students?survey and research.According to the structure,the sub scale of satisfaction could be well designed in National College Student Survey (NCSS).This kind of structure is scientific,reasonable and operable,based on the survey and data collection and analysis.In addition,it could be used in further research,and helps reflecting comprehensive and profound current status,and revealing the connotation of college students?satisfaction in China,which is positive to learning satisfaction enhancement.
