机械行业标准JB/T 10665规定微型电流互感器的误差按国家计量检定规程JJG313《测量用电流互感器》检定,采用直接差值法测量误差,但目前我国工频电流比例标准量值只覆盖0.01A~60kA/1A、5A,还没有适用于微型电流互感器的国家标准量值。本文介绍了基于感应分流器导出工频小电流比例量值的原理和方法,可以覆盖5 A/500 mA~5 A/1 mA量程范围,建立0.01级微型电流互感器检定标准装置。

In the Machinery Industry Standard JB/T 10665 , it is required that errors of a miniature current transformer must be tested according to verification regulation JJG313 in comparison method. Since the national current ratio standards at power frequency cover only 0. 01A ~ 60kA / 1A, 5A, they are not suitable for miniature current trans-formers. In this paper a principle of reference current method based on inductive current divider to obtaining miniature current ratio is described. With facilities above a Verification Device of miniature current transformers for 5A / 500mA~ 5 A / 1 mA can be set up in the accuracy of 0 . 01%.
