针对目前加固工程中对剪切销钉的植入质量无明确的判断依据而造成人力和物力浪费的情况,采用复合砂浆钢筋网薄层三面加固梁,通过对试件加载得到的加固梁端部剪切销钉的破坏形态统计分析,结合剪切销钉最大拉拔力的理论计算,提出了剪切销钉拉拔试验合格值。销钉密度满足一定条件时,若安全系数为3,合格值为销钉直径的3倍为百分数乘以植筋强度标准值。研究结果表明,这一剪切销钉拉拔试验合格值,不仅能很好的满足工程的实际需求,而且还节省了大量的人力和物力。

Aiming at the waste of manpower and material in current reinforcement work without a definite assessment of the quality of shear pins, the concrete beams strengthened with ferrocement on the three surfaces were subjected to a pullout test to analyze the destructive modes of shear pins. Based on the test results and the calculation of the maximum pullout force of shear pin in theory, an acceptance value of shear pin according to the pullout test is proposed. When the distribution density of shear pins satisfies certain conditions, and the safety factor is 3, the acceptance value will be e-qual to 3 times of the diameter of shear pin divided by 100 and multiplying the characteristic value of shear pin strength. This acceptance value of shear pin determined by the pullout test not only meets the actual requirement of the project, but also saves a lot of manpower and material.
