近年来，南宁市的雾霾天气有所加剧，对人类健康和社会生产交通带来严重影响。为建设“美丽南宁”，急需加强雾霾治理。雾霾天气的形成有自然、社会等原因，本文主要从经济视角，认为南宁市经济快速发展、产业和能源结构具有高排放特征、环境技术相对落后是导致其近年来雾霾加剧的主要经济原因。为此，建议南宁市雾霾治理的重点应是结构调整，治理的机制应采取污染排放配额-交易相结合，治理的主要手段应是技术创新。

Fog and haze has become more and more serious in recent years in Nanning ,which con-stitutes a negative impact on life quality of residents and city traffic condition .In order to build“Beau-tiful Nanning” ,this problem must be solved .There are several factors to contribute to air pollution in natural and social aspects .This paper points out three major economical factors which account for the recent heavy air pollution in Nanning .They include the rapid economic development ,the industry and energy structure with high emission ,the relatively backward environmental technology .Thus ,Nan-ning should focus on the adjustment of industrial structure ,the mechanism of pollution emission in quota-trade combination and strengthen technology innovation .
