目的报道2例特发性视盘及视盘周围视网膜出血,结合文献分析进一步探讨病因,诊断及合理的治疗方法.方法文献复习及结合病例报道,进行鉴别诊断.结果对2例患者进行全身及专科相关检查,未发现明确出血原因,由于症状不十分明显,予以对症治疗,预后较好.结论特发性视盘及视盘周围视网膜出血发病率较低,年轻患者多见,单眼发病,多合并屈光不正,对视力影响较小,随访观察2个月,预后较理想,但其病因及发病机制仍需进一步研究.

Objective To report 2 cases with idiopathic optic disc and peripapillary retinal hemorrhage,and to further investigate the cause of disease,diagnosis and reasonable treatment according to literature reports.Methods Literatures and case report was reviewed for making differential diagnosis.Results General and special examination were performed on two patients and no clear cause of disease was found.Because the symptoms were not very obvious,the prognosis was better after symptomatic treatment.Conclusions The incidence rate of idiopathic optic disc and peripapillary retinal hemorrhage is lower and young patient is the most common.One eye occurs with ametropia and less influences on vision.The follow-up period is 2 months and the prognosis is better.But its etiology and pathogenesis are still needed to further research and confirm.
