针对某舰载模块安装空间有限、重量被严格限制、印制板间彼此需屏蔽及三防的要求,开展了结构设计,详细介绍了设计方案和具体实施办法。工程应用表明,分腔设计、插槽结构及加强筋设置有效地减小了模块的体积和重量,实现了腔体内外电磁屏蔽;在选材、零件表面处理、印制板防护和防腐密封等方面采取了一系列加固措施,保证模块在恶劣的海洋环境下具有良好的防护能力。

For a certain shipborne module in-stallation space and weight are limited strictly , printed circuit board to shield with each other and the three proofing requirements ,the structure de-sign is developed ,and its thinking of design and de-tailed implementation are introduced in this paper . T he engineering applications demonstrate that the volume and weight of the module is reduced effec-tively by the chamber design ,slot and the reinfor-cing rib structure ,and electromagnetic shielding is achieved .The good protection ability under harsh marine environment is obtained by choosing mate-rial ,corrosion parts surface treatment ,printed cir-cuit board protection and anti corrosion sealing desig n .
