文章通过运用问卷调查的实证研究方法，分析了当前影响大学生就业的因素，其中涉及到大学生个人因素、学校因素、社会因素和工作环境因素等多方面，并分析归纳出影响大学生就业的重要因素，结合分析结果，提出了几点建议供大学生、高校以及政府等参考，以改善大学生就业现状。

In the issue, through the use of a questionnaire survey of empirical research method, analyzes the impact of the current college students employment factors, which relates to the college students' individual factors, school factors, social factors and environment factors etc, and analyzing the inlfuence of College Students' employment are important factors,with the results of the analysis, puts forward several suggestions for college students, colleges and universities as well as the government for reference, to improve the college students' employment situation.
