为了提高预报部门的精细化管理，在现有预报手段的基础上，开发了一种预报评分系统。通过读取数据库中的预报员每天录入的预报资料，基于评分权重及预报阀值的选取等方式，快速准确地算出预报员的天气及气温的预报准确率。同时，为了提高预报员数据录入的准确性，以及考核的严谨性，采用了网络授时的管理机制。本文着重介绍了系统的主要特点以及各模块的设计和实现。实际应用表明，该系统安全稳定可靠。

In order to improve the forecast of ifne management,we develop an system of Weather Forecast Grading on base of the current methods. By reading the database forecaster every entry the forecasting data and the weight of prediction threshold is selected, the system can quickly and accurately calculate the forecast weather and temperature prediction accuracy. At the same time, in order to improve the accuracy of forecast data entry, and the assessment of rigor, using network time Synchronization management mechanism.This paper introduces the main features of the system and the design and Realization of each module.The practical application shows that the system is safe, stable and reliable.
